Getting to Mooloolah Valley

Mooloolah is located off the Steve Irwin Way (formerly Glass House Mountains Tourist Drive) via Mooloolah Connection Road, with neighbouring communities of Glenview and Palmview being just off the M1.  Other neighboring communities are Eudlo and Landsborough, within around a 5km drive.  

Mooloolah is aboriginal for “black snake”, it’s a peaceful town, with a variety of things to do and see, so why not make a day of it; whilst you enjoy the scenic drive out to Mooloolah, followed by your Relaxing Bowen Therapy treatment and perhaps finish it off with a nice relaxing coffee or lunch.

  • There are also walks and picnic spots to enjoy in the surrounds of Ewen Maddock Dam, just minutes from Mooloolah.

  • The Dularcha National Park is in the Sunshine Coast and is a small bushy area between the townships of Mooloolah and Landsborough. The main trail follows an old rail line and goes through an old railway tunnel. There are some optional steep climbs and descents off to the side of the main trail.

  • Horse riding at the Mooloolah Valley Riding Centre, an Aussie dude ranch. The ranch also has some cute accommodation options.

  • Skate and BMX Park

  • Grab a Coffee and or Lunch at the Local Café or Bakery

  • Enjoy a nice cold beer or drink at the Mooloolah Country Club

  • A little further up the road, situated on the M1 at Palmview is Aussie World, which is a popular focal point for photo’s with the architecturally designed building.

  • Eudlo only a few k’s away has it’s well known General Store, famous for it’s lovely pies.

  • Landsborough only 5k’s away, has a lovely pub for a nice relaxing pub meal, which is also a nice drive to the not so far away scenic look out.
